ABOUT ME
I support women in optimizing pelvic floor function through yoga, hands-on bodywork, and embodied movement education.
My background in Forrest, Flow, and Yin Yoga, Yoga Bodywork, and somatic practices informs a grounded, biomechanics-based approach. I focus on pelvic mobility, core integration, breath mechanics, and tension release — helping women build strength, stability, and vitality from the root up.
This work is ideal for anyone experiencing core weakness, chronic hip or low back tension, breath dysfunction, or a general sense of disconnection from their center.
Together, we restore functional movement patterns, improve postural support, and create space for your energy and strength to return — without forcing or overtraining.

More on my personal story…
My journey with yoga began at 13, sparked by curiosity and the accessibility of YouTube videos. What first seemed like a lighthearted exploration soon became something far deeper — an anchor of solace and resilience during my tumultuous teenage years. Battling anorexia, anxiety, and instability in my home life, the mat became a sacred refuge. It was the one place where movement wasn’t punishment, but rather an expression of deep listening and intuitive self-care.
As my practice matured, so did my desire to share its transformational power with others. Teaching at a local studio came naturally, eventually guiding me to Forrest Yoga—an encounter that felt like a profound homecoming to my soul. Something realigned within me, and I knew I had found the path I was meant to walk.
After completing my formal education, I traveled to Maui to complete my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Maui Yoga Shala. Immersed in the spirit of aloha, I discovered a more tender, nourishing way to be with myself and others—an essence that still flows through my teaching today.
Since planting roots in Austin, Texas in 2018, I’ve shared yoga through group classes, private sessions, and workshops. My deepest initiation came in 2019 during a 31-day Forrest Yoga training with Ana Forrest in Calgary. That month restructured me from the inside out. It asked me to live with integrity, to meet my edges, and to speak my truth—not just on the mat, but in every area of my life.
Now, as a certified Forrest Yoga teacher, I teach weekly at Yoga East Austin, lead workshops, and continue to deepen my studies—with over 500 hours of advanced training in Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Bodywork.
Alongside yoga, my heart is rooted in the healing arts. I’ve spent years exploring somatic therapy, pelvic floor health, and intuitive bodywork to help others optimize their physical vitality. I’ve trained in yoga bodywork and offer sessions that combine therapeutic touch, breathwork, and biomechanics to release tension and support natural pelvic floor function.
My work is deeply influenced by nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practices, and structural alignment.
Currently, I offer yoga sessions focused on pelvic floor health, strength, and release, along with healing bodywork in Austin, Texas. I also host monthly women’s gatherings in Austin, where we explore community, embodiment practices, and the power of restorative movement.
Whether I’m guiding a group, working one-on-one, or simply connecting heart-to-heart, I see this path as sacred. It is my deepest joy and calling to help others optimize their pelvic floor health, release tension, and build strength from the root up.
