ABOUT ME
I support women in optimizing pelvic floor function and feel 100% at home within their bodies through yoga, hands-on bodywork, and embodied movement education.
With a background in Forrest, Flow, and Yin Yoga, Somatic movement, Feminine Embodiment, Meditation, Yoga Bodywork, and therapeutic movement, I offer a grounded, biomechanics-informed approach that’s sensitive, intuitive, supportive, and deeply restorative.
I am a trauma-informed teacher.
My method focuses on:
Pelvic mobility & core integration
Breast, womb and cyclical connection. (for female bodies)
Intuitive touch inspired by cranial-sacral therapy
Breath & nervous system regulation tools
Tension release through embodied presence

Personalized Yoga that supports the nuances of injuries and past-traumas

Burnout + overwhelm
Chronic Pain
Low Self-Esteem
Chronic hip, low back, or pelvic tension
Disconnection from their breath, center, or body

Together, we restore natural movement, support posture and energy flow, and awaken your strength—without forcing or overtraining.
This work is both practical and sacred: a gentle return to your center, built on trust and embodied strength.
We aren’t taught how to move as women in women’s bodies.
We have breasts, a womb space, and a cyclical rhythm that connects us with the moon. You’re not here to live in burnout and overwhelm.
This is your space to breathe, to remember, and to learn move in a way that nourishes you on and off the mat.
Welcome home to inner restoration, like a woman.
I’ll lead the way. ❤️

How I got where I am…
More on my personal journey below.
My journey with a physical asana practice of yoga began at 13, started with curiosity and the easy access to YouTube videos. What first seemed like a lighthearted exploration slowly became something deeper — an anchor of solace and mental space during tumultuous teenage years. As I struggled with anorexia, anxiety, and instability in my home life, the yoga mat became a sacred refuge. It was the one place where movement wasn’t punishment, but rather an act of deep listening and self-care.
As my practice matured, so did my desire to share its transformational power with others. Teaching at a local studio came naturally at around age 16, eventually guiding me to a Forrest Yoga Class with my first teacher, Annie Camp in Conroe, Texas.
Taking a Forrest Yoga Class felt like a profound homecoming to my soul. Something realigned within me, and I knew I had found the path I was meant to walk, even if I wasn’t ready to act on it yet. I was still recovering from Anorexia and knew it wasn’t time just yet.
After completing my formal education, I traveled to Maui to complete my first 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Maui Yoga Shala. Immersed in the Spirit of aloha, I deepened into a more tender, nourishing way to be with myself and others—an essence that still flows through my teaching today.
I moved to in Austin, Texas in 2018 to continue to teach and deepen into community. Since coming to Austin, I have shared over 1,000 hours of yoga teaching through group classes, private sessions, and workshops.
This devotion to teaching is 100% a product of my attendance of a 31-day Forrest Yoga training with Ana Forrest in Calgary in 2019. That month restructured me from the inside out. It asked me to live with integrity, to meet the dark spaces inside and reclaim them, and to speak my truth—not just on the mat, but in every area of my life. I reclaimed my power in this training and no longer identified as an anxious young girl, but as a powerful woman who has gifts to share with the world.
Since completing my Foundation training in 2019, I have remained fully committed to deepening my practice and teaching. I completed a Yin Yoga training with Jenn Wooten in Austin, revisited the Foundation training with Ana in 2021, have assisted Ana for many years at her workshops in Austin and have completed several CETs within Forrest Yoga, including the Yoga-Bodyworkers program in 2022.
Now, as a certified Forrest Yoga teacher, I teach Private Yoga & Bodywork from my home, teach weekly at Yoga East Austin & Sukha Yoga, lead workshops, and continue to deepen my studies—with over 700 hours of advanced training in Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Bodywork.
Alongside yoga, my heart is rooted in the feminine healing arts. I’ve spent years exploring somatic therapy, feminine embodiment, pelvic floor health, and intuitive bodywork to help others optimize their physical vitality.
My work is deeply influenced by nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practices, and structural alignment.
It is my honor to offer Private Toga sessions focused on pelvic floor health, strength, and release, along with healing bodywork in Austin, Texas.
I host monthly women’s gatherings in Austin, where we explore community, embodiment practices, and the power of restorative movement.
Whether I’m guiding a group, working one-on-one, or simply connecting heart-to-heart, I give my full presence and devotion to those in front of me.
It is my deepest joy and calling to help others optimize their bodies, breath, pelvic floor, release tension, and build strength from the inside out.
Ana and I after workshops in Austin, TX 2023. ❤️
