What’s inside
Week 1- Grounding & Safety
Learn grounding Forrest Yoga Practice + Tips for cultivating a safe space for yourself throughout this program & beyond.
Week 2- Listening & Awareness
Through gentle somatic practices + Forrest Yoga, you’ll learn to hear your body’s signals and cultivate awareness of communication from your body. This week is about honoring your body’s wisdom instead of overriding it.
Week 3- Sensuality and pleasure.
This week we will explore Forrest Yoga and dance as pathways to joy, feeling and softness.
You’ll discover how pleasure can be a source of energy, creativity, and resilience.
Week 4- Release & Renew
This week supports letting go of built-up stress, tension, and emotional heaviness.
Expect a blend of Yoga and intuitive movement to leave you feeling lighter and more confident to feel through your emotions.
Week 5 - Cyclical Woman & The Female Body.
Reconnect with your feminine rhythms and reclaim existing within a female body.
This week includes Forrest Yoga, self-care practices like breast massage, and a womb-centered meditation. You’ll deepen into cycle awareness to align your life with your natural flow.

Week 6- Integration & Embodiment
We’ll close with ritual and future visioning so you leave with lasting tools and practices to carry forward — feeling at home in your body, more focused, confident, and resourced.

I will offer plenty of modifications to meet you where you are. -
YES. I will give your proper modifications/adjustments if so. This is an amazing program to support you to be at home within yourself as your transition towards motherhood.

A yoga mat, a journal and a quiet + private space are all you need.
A journal, blanket, or pillow may also be helpful, but nothing fancy.
Creating the space to devote time to this program is a part of learning to honor and give to yourself. -
Yes. This program was created for busy women. The practices are short, potent, and meant to support you in your daily life, not overwhelm you.
